Founded in 2008, AFLEWO Mombasa began at JCC Bamburi Centre with eleven pastors at its first gathering. By 2020 it had grown to draw 115–120 pastors, making it one of the most pastor-attended chapters in the movement. The chapter is known for building its identity around a culture of nightly prayer.
